These terms apply when you play any Pebble Box game or use a Pebble Box pass. By playing or signing in, you agree to them. Our privacy page explains what we store and how to delete it.
Playing
Every game can be played for free, with no pass. Some extras, such as past puzzles and bonus puzzles, need a free pass. We may add, change or retire games and features, including what needs a pass.
Your pass
- A pass is optional and free, and is for people 13 or older. Anyone can play without a pass. You need a working email address, or a Google account, to create one.
- Keep access to your email and devices to yourself; anyone who can read your sign-in codes can sign in as you.
- You may delete your pass at any time on your pass page.
- We may suspend or delete a pass that breaks these terms, such as one used to abuse our services.
If you lose access to your email
Your pass belongs to its email address. Our sign-in never asks for a password, and there's no support desk that can move a pass to a new address. So if you lose access to that email and have no other way to sign in, we can't recover your pass or its progress.
To keep a second way in, add a passkey on your pass page, or sign in with Google once that's available, if your email address is a Google account. Changing your pass's email address isn't available yet; we plan to add it.
Fair use
Don't misuse the games or the services behind them. That means no attempts to disrupt them, overload them, get around their limits, reach data that isn't yours, or use them to send email to people who didn't ask for it. Automated play that harms the service isn't allowed.
Feedback
If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the games without owing you anything for them. Please don't include personal details.
Our content
The games, puzzles, art and code belong to Pebble Box Games. You may share your own results, such as the text and emoji result from a game's share button, anywhere you like.
No warranty
The games are provided as they are, for fun, without any warranty. They may sometimes be unavailable, have mistakes, or lose progress that hasn't synced. We work to keep your data safe, but we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Pebble Box Games is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the games, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us to use them, which for the free games is nothing.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and the new terms apply from then on. If a change matters to how you use your pass, we'll say so in the games.
